EVANFEST 2017 at Malvern Prep, 414 S Warren Ave., Malvern PA 19355
May 21, 2017
Tournament Hours: 8:00-5:00, Volunteer hours 7:AM-6 PM (some parking shifts begin at 6:30 AM)
Food Sales: We welcome volunteers who can help in the food tent.
Food tent volunteers are standing throughout the 3 hour shift. It is a lot of fun to sell food to hungry players and fans (kindly request adult helpers only).
O’Neill Door Monitoring: O’Neill Monitors
Come with a friend or make new ones as you monitor the entrances to O’Neill. Two parents are needed at each entrance to ensure that all players remove their cleats before entering O’Neill. This is a great way to meet members of the lacrosse community! We are in need of 12-16 people throughout the day. There will be two morning and two afternoon shifts.
Parking Volunteers: Lead- Tom Boles
Traditionally the Dads volunteer for this opportunity, but all are welcome. We are in need of approximately 30-35 helpers. Parking volunteers are positioned at various locations around Ring Road, responsible for keeping the traffic moving, give out programs, and direct cars to the best available parking spots.
Field Clean up: All fields and Surrounding Areas
Assist at the end of the day with important field and campus clean up.
Tent and Tournament Breakdown: We need a lot of help taking down the tents, signs, and tables. Please consider contributing your strength to this big job.
The Bradys and the Evanfest Committee are so grateful to our volunteers for making this day possible. It wouldn’t be a success without you. Volunteer Coordinators- Tracy White, Lisa Mulqueen, Joey Spangenberg, Lynn Anderson, Tom Boles
